Try doing green smoothies each morning, this would sure fire up your immunity and keep bugs at bay. A great way to get the greens into your kids or grandchildren!  Add water, kale, lettuce, some fruit like berries or banana, chia seeds, (optional: seeds and almonds, fresh ginger, turmeric) blend and enjoy.  Simple and easy and you get the added benefits of all the nutrients.

I know one dad from school had no fruit in his smoothie, just greens and lots of garlic (not sure I could do the garlic) and he didn’t get sick once last year while his wife who didn’t have the garlic did!
