To enable us to process your online order, we require information such as your full name, a valid email address, contact phone number, billing and delivery addresses and payment details.
Orders will be processed and dispatched once full payment has been received.
If the delivery details provided at the time of the order are incorrect and the order has already been dispatched, no refund will be offered. The additional costs associated with re-sending the order will need to be incurred by the customer.
We will make every endeavour to supply the goods ordered within a reasonable time frame. There may arise a need to cancel or put a purchase on back order due to events that are beyond our reasonable control. If a product becomes out of stock prior to finalising your order, we will contact you to determine if you would like the available goods in your order dispatched.
We accept no liability where a product is not immediately available, or a stated delivery date is not met, however we will make every effort to meet stated delivery dates, wherever it is in our capacity to do so.
We accept no liability where an order is lost in transit. Where possible, we will make all reasonable attempts to track the lost goods.
Products must be used in accordance with the specified directions. Discontinue use if you have any physical or other reactions when using your product.
If a product does not meet reasonable standards, we will provide you with a suitable replacement product. If a suitable product replacement is not found, a credit for the price of the product will be applied. If there is no reasonable fault with the product, no credits, refunds or product substitutions will be offered.
To secure your party booking, a $260 non-refundable, non-transferable deposit is required. The balance is payable on the day of your party.
In the event of a party cancellation, your deposit can be applied towards your next party booking. Alternately, you can apply your deposit towards product purchases.
